Welcome to Breakthrough!

At Breakthrough, we’re a diverse group of people from a wide range of backgrounds, but we have two common things that bring us together:

• Jesus
  He has radically changed us for the better! He has brought us out from some hard places and now He helps us to live our everyday lives.
• People
  We love people – all people from all backgrounds and stories. We share a passion to help people meet Jesus so that He can help them, just as He has helped us.

 

 

What do we do?

Everything we do at Breakthrough flows from our love for Jesus and people.

We love to do life together as a community. We create a range of opportunities to spend time together (whether at Sunday church, youth or young adults activities, or grow team chats). In these times we can help each other in our journey of following Jesus, as well as enjoying hanging out with great friends!

But we don’t want what we do to stay within our group. We are so passionate about sharing the awesome news of Jesus with our community, our city and our world. Through the Bridge we have a number of missions and programs that are all about connecting with a wide range of people. These are designed to provide real help to people right where they’re at in their life, as well as introduce them to Jesus – the greatest Helper of all!
